We do this by not having Salesmen on large chunks of commission and we advise people on what’s best to suit their need and not on price. This makes a real difference to the customer. We are a trusted company and have the country’s leading endorsement, Which? Trusted Traders, to prove it.” As the Stairlift and Engineering Manager, Steven is extremely proud of his team and the high standard of skills they possess. “Very helpful staff in this place practically all the things that you need for disability of any kind. They would help you with different items. I have had my scooter serviced from one of their gorgeous engineer’s even though my scooter didn’t come from there, pump up the tyres too when required. Service with a smile which means good salesmen & customer relationship all round easy for me to get to (unless of course it breaks down, thankfully not happened yet!)" – E Crosby

"I would just like to say a huge thank you to the Woolston branch in Southampton. My brother needed help fast, I rang, great response, then visited with my frail brother who'd left hospital the day before, he was given all the help and advice from staff, great prices well done from a grateful sister, they had every aid that he needed, Lin x"

Southampton Store Save the Day!

We were sickened to find out that John Benson, an elderly widower had his only form of transport, a mobility scooter robbed from him which left him unable to go out or to visit the beach as he did regularly.

The mobility scooter was locked up by his New Milton home but was stolen by thieves so we decided to donate the new mobility scooter to him so he could continue living life to the fullest! Keep in touch Mr Benson and we hope you enjoy the scooter!
